When acting in a project management role, we effectively act as a client ‘critical friend’ and as the project team interface to ensure that we can resolve issues promptly acting as client representative. 

We deal with all types of applications from outline, hybrid, full and reserved matters with projects ranging from minor applications to major schemes and sustainable urban extensions.

We are happy to advise you on an entire project, or simply a part of it, such as EIA Screening. We cost effectively manage teams of external technical consultants who are reliable, commercial and robust. 

We can prepare quasi-technical reports in house, such as Construction Environmental Management Plans, Site Waste Management Plans, Energy and Sustainability Statements, and Compliance Statements.
