Joining the scheme demonstrates our commitment to excellence in our EIA activities and we will be reviewed annually to ensure that we are continuing to deliver added value for our clients.
The EIA Quality Mark demonstrates our expertise in EIA, which is even more important now that the recently adopted 2017 EIA Regulations include the following requirements:
‘In order to ensure the completeness and quality of the environmental statement— (a) the developer must ensure that the environmental statement is prepared by competent experts;
(b) the environmental statement must be accompanied by a statement from the developer outlining the relevant expertise or qualifications of such experts.’
