New Instruction – Local Leisure Operator

We have been instructed to help a leisure operator in our home borough of Trafford who has come up against some planning hurdles.  As potential enforcement action looms, we have been asked to advise on a strategy to regularise the planning position of their premises.  It’s likely this will require the prompt submission of a new full planning application to avert further action by the Council’s Planning Compliance team.
