Swindon Farm: Submission of Additional Information

On behalf of our client Persimmon Homes, we are pleased to have submitted a package of revised and additional information to Cheltenham Borough Council (CBC) in support of a planning application at Swindon Farm, Cheltenham.

The application seeks planning consent for the development of 265 dwellings, new vehicular and pedestrian access off Manor Road, an attenuation basin, and ancillary infrastructure.

The revised proposals have been developed following positive discussions with CBC and the Design Officer, whom we have worked closely alongside to ensure the delivery of a suitable scheme.

Additional information has also been submitted to address comments raised by consultees, including the provision of further details of the sustainability benefits of the scheme.

We will now continue to liaise with CBC and the project team throughout the consultation period to manage arising comments and work towards a favourable planning decision.
