PLANNING CONSULTANCY

As the application process progresses we continue to advise in relation to the strategy, tactics, policy, technical and increasingly important consultation issues. We seek to develop constructive working relationships with officers, consultees, Members and the public in order where possible to resolve areas of concern prior to application.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We offer a planning phase project management service, either as a stand-alone role or alongside our other services, to help deliver successful schemes through the planning process. We have successfully undertaken this role on projects with capital values running into the £100Ms and planning promotion budgets of several £Ms, as well as smaller scale projects.

STRATEGIC ADVICE

We provide strategic planning advice from the outset in order to save time and add value and aim to achieve deliverable planning consents that are in line with our clients’ present and future aspirations.

ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) are required for projects that are likely to result in significant environmental impacts. EIAs are often used as the basis for legal challenge and therefore, it is important that the process is robust.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have extensive experience in undertaking or using a variety of sustainability assessment methods and approaches in order to appraise and demonstrate that a proposal is Sustainable Development.
