S73 Approval and Discharge of Conditions for 159-161 Monton Road, Eccles

We’re pleased to have secured planning permission from Salford City Council on behalf of S&D Leisure Ltd for changes to the proposed design of a new restaurant and bar at 159-161 Monton Road, Eccles.  We also discharged the remaining planning conditions in the process and look forward to enjoying a drink there in the future!
