RTPI – Visit to CO-OP Live Arena, NW Young Planners Event

Earlier this week Abi attended an RTPI event for NW Young planners, below is a brief note about her morning out:
On Wednesday 26th July, the North West Young Planners hosted an event for a site visit to the new CO-OP Live Arena at the Etihad Campus, East Manchester. The first part of the tour consisted of a brief overview of the arena. The arena is set to become the UK’s largest indoor arena and the first of its kind to be built purposely for music. There are a whole host of features the arena is set to bring, such as different bars located throughout the venue, restaurants and several CO-OP Grab and Go supermarkets. The venue has also been cleverly designed to create an intimate atmosphere. After attending the site visit, I look forward to attending a concert at the arena when it is due to be completed in Spring 2023.
