On behalf of Countryside Properties and Persimmon Homes, White Peak Planning have submitted a hybrid planning application to Sefton Council for a site to the north of Poverty Lane, Maghull. We have also submitted an outline application on behalf of The East Maghull Consortium for adjacent land to the south of School Lane.
