White Peak Planning was appointed by Bloor Homes to project manage the submission of an outline application for up to 550 dwellings and a local centre (Use Classes E, F1 and F2) at Broomfield, Chelmsford.
The site is allocated in the Chelmsford Local Plan as Strategic Growth Site Policy 8 – North of Broomfield’.
