White Peak Planning have been instructed by Bloor Homes to project manage the co-ordination of an outline planning application for the re-development of Basingstoke Golf Course. Comprising up to 1,100 new homes Basingstoke Golf Course is allocated as one of the Borough’s largest housing sites in the adopted Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan (2011 to 2029).
