On behalf of our client Bloor Homes, White Peak Planning are excited to share that we have been granted outline planning permission for 1,750 new homes to the west of Northampton.
The development relates to the Northampton West Sustainable Urban Extension, allocated under Policy N4 of the West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy.
We initially secured a resolution to grant for the project in 2019, subject to an S106 agreement. Over the course of the post-resolution period, White Peak Planning have played a key role in S106 negotiations between our client, Northamptonshire County Council, South Northamptonshire Council, and Daventry Council.
After working hard to resolve issues between the various parties, the S106 has now been signed and the decision notice has been issued.
