Rob White has again been successful at a S78 appeal on behalf of High Peak Borough Council (HPBC). Rob acted as Planning Expert Witness for HPBC at an appeal against the refusal of a planning application for a new residential development in Tunstead Milton.
On behalf of Metropolitan, White Peak Planning has successfully discharged a range of technical planning conditions and introduced additional flexibility into the planning consent for a new on-site wastewater treatment works (WwTW) at the Eastern Quarry development, Ebbsfleet Garden City. This will enable development of phase 1 of the WwTW, along with delivery of the access road for later phases.
