On behalf of Bellway Homes, White Peak Planning has co-ordinated an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for an outline planning application for up to 550 dwellings at land between Tamworth Road and Fivefield Road, Coventry.
As the site was part of a larger allocation for development at Keresley, an EIA was required to assess the likely significant cumulative effects of the development proposals.
The application was submitted in December 2018 and we shall continue to work with the project team and Client during the determination period to address technical matters as they arise.
