On behalf of Bellway Homes, White Peak Planning have secured planning permission for the final phase of the St Elizabeth’s Place development, Bootle, Sefton.
The development comprises 9 dwellings and associated infrastructure, bringing the site into residential use rather than a mixture of retail, office and leisure uses as previously proposed.
