New Permission: Land South of Runnell’s Lane, Thornton, Sefton
White Peak Planning submitted a full planning application on behalf of Barratt and David Wilson Homes in December 2018 for 183 residential dwellings at land south of Runnell’s Lane, Thornton, Sefton.
On 27th March 2019, the application went to Sefton Council’s Planning Committee with a recommendation for approval. Despite a petition against the scheme and local residents speaking against the proposals, the Council resolved to grant planning permission, subject to conditions and a S106 Agreement.
The S106 Agreement has now been finalised and a decision notice has been issued.
