New Permission : Land North of Totton
On behalf of Bloor Homes and Trustees of Barker Mill Estates, White Peak Planning are delighted to announce that the Members of the New Forest District Council Planning Committee have voted unanimously to resolve to grant outline planning permission for the development of up to 280 new homes, associated Alternative Natural Recreational Greenspace and ancillary infrastructure, at land north of Salisbury Road, Totton.
The development forms a key part of the allocated strategic site at Land North of Totton, being one of the Council’s largest housing allocations, and will assist the delivery of much-needed new homes in the district.
We have supported Bloor Homes and Trustees of Barker Mill Estates in a project management role for the last 3 years, managing and co-ordinating the project team, programme, and budget to deliver the planning application, work through post-application consultation responses and secure a recommendation for approval by the planning officers.
White Peak also produced the Sustainability Statement and Framework Construction Environmental Management Plan submitted as part of the planning application package.
We will continue to support the project team to finalise the S106 agreement, secure the outline planning permission, and on through subsequent reserved matters applications.
