New Instruction – Northampton West Discharge of Conditions

We are pleased to announce that we have been retained by Bloor Homes to manage the discharge of planning conditions for two applications relating to the Northampton West Sustainable Urban Extension, for which we secured outline planning permission in December 2020.

The applications relate to 83Ha of land comprising the majority of the Northampton West allocation, for the construction of up to new 1,750 dwellings, a Primary School and Mixed-Use Local Centre, together with associated ancillary infrastructure works.

We will work with Bloor Homes and the detailed design team as well as the two LPAs and associated Statutory Consultees to ensure that the conditions are discharged in a timely fashion and the development can commence.
