White Peak Planning has been instructed by Bloor Homes South Midlands to act as planning consultant and planning-phase Project Manager for the co-ordination of a full planning application for residential development and associated infrastructure on land to the west of High Street, Arlesey, Central Bedfordshire.
The proposed development will comprise of 115 residential dwellings and the planning application is to be submitted in Winter 2019/20.
