White Peak Planning have secured planning permission, on behalf of Bloor Homes Southern, for strategic infrastructure works providing the primary access to a major allocated housing site in Basingstoke.
The planning permission will form a section of strategic infrastructure that is to serve developments within the wider area. The secured permission will help to facilitate the delivery of approximately 1000 new homes under Policy SS3.11 of the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Local Plan 2011 – 2029.
