New Instruction: Discharge of Conditions

We are pleased to have been retained by Countryside Properties and Persimmon Homes to manage the discharge of planning conditions for their scheme at Poverty Lane, Maghull, which was granted permission on appeal for 841 residential dwellings and an older persons housing scheme.

As we have extensive knowledge of the scheme and the requirements of the conditions, we are best placed to advise our Clients on the information to be submitted to ensure these requirements are met.  Our role now includes reviewing the technical information provided; preparing, submitting, and monitoring the applications; and liaising with Sefton Council as required to ensure the conditions are discharged promptly.
