On behalf of Shirdan Properties, White Peak Planning have been instructed to prepare and manage a change of use application from apartments (C3) to offices (Class E) in Trafford, Greater Manchester.

The proposed office space will be located in a desirable location in South Manchester, close to a local town centre. It will offer a flexible working space for local businesses and skilled-workers that want to work closer to home and avoid commuting to the city centre.
