Basingstoke Golf Club: Section 73 Application for the Variation of a Condition

On behalf of Bloor Homes, we are pleased to announce the submission for a Section 73 application for the variation of a condition at Land at the former Basingstoke Golf Course.

The application ensures that a fair and reasonable condition is applied to the development as it was viewed that the initial condition as worded is unreasonable, overly restrictive, and does not reflect published guidance and accepted best practice.

Through the presentation of a robust technical and policy case, in addition to the inclusion of the proposed amendments, we believe the amendments will enable the development to come forwards in a timely manner and deliver new homes for Basingstoke.
