White Peak Planning has submitted a planning application on behalf of Bloor Homes South Midlands to Daventry District Council and South Northamptonshire Council for up to 1,750 new homes, a primary school and a new local centre.
In addition, we have also submitted a separate outline planning application to both authorities for Phase 1 of the development which includes up to 600 new homes, as well as the primary school and local centre.
White Peak Planning acted as planning consultants and also co-ordinated the Environmental Impact Assessment. We are now working closely with the Officers from the two local authorities through the determination period.
